So you want a Revolution!

First of all, this is the longest dream I have had in a while. Here is some background info: In the Hunger Games series, a girl volunteers to be the face of the revolution called the Mockingjay. That is the basis of my dream....

My dream starts as I volunteer to be the Mockingjay for the uniting of 3 different nations. But the union is more sinister. You would think that a union is something good and peaceful, but the lady leading the union is an awful vengeful woman. But at the time I did not know that, I thought I was doing the best for the country. My first mission was to head to ancient Rome and bring the leader back to the evil queen! I have a team with me to help me infiltrate the main part of the city. I first head to the governors house. My team and I spend about an hour combing through the giant white columned house. No one was there except scavengers and animals seeking refuge. That part of the mission was a flop. We then head to the town center and find the young governor. He is surrounded in ruins with an army uselessly fighting for nothing. We easily capture the governor. He is young, blonde, muscular, and a patriot! I notice a certain connection between me and the governor, but I don't pay attention because I have a job to do. My team takes him away and I make a speech, or a declaration.

"I am the Mockingjay and I am here to unite nations. This is not destruction, but creation of a new life and order for all. Soon your lives will return to a new and improved lives as not a citizen of Rome, but a citizen of Union!"

No one cheers for me because everyone was exhausted from the war and fighting. My speech was not a fire, but a sizzle. This disappoints me and  I sullenly hop down from the ruins and join my team.

I then head to ancient Greece. Here we must find a governess and calm the people from the troubles of war. They are waiting for us. The governess regally hands herself over and the people mourn for her fallen country.
She turns to her people "Do not cry for me, for you must stay strong in order to rebuild. Never trust the union fully, but love your fellow citizens like your family because we are family."

We return to Persia with the governor and governess. The three leaders stand on the newly built stage in Persia demonstrating the newly formed unity. I am standing off to the side of the stage. The evil queen makes a speech:

"Loyal people of Persia, you have been patient through the war and your love for Persia is never questioned. We will begin a wonderful new era with our friends united from Rome and Greece." Loud cheers almost drowned out her speech. "But sadly in order to begin the Union, we must weed out all who do not trust and love the Union as much as you do! Governess of Greece you have soiled the minds of your people and put the Union in jeopardy. You are now sentenced to death." More cheers from the people and shocked faces from me and the governor of Rome. The Queen of Persia pulls out a gun and shoots the governess point blank. She drops. The crowd is unstoppable and begins cheering, shouting, and even dancing. The Queen has all of us quickly escorted to a secret location.

This location was a huge underground mansion. I had my own room and the Queen was deepest in the mansion. The governor of Rome had his own floor in the middle of the mansion with marble everywhere and everything was grand! The Queen had a lover of course and he was shady, but just as sinister as her. There is a strategy meeting with the Queen in her quarters. It was me, the Queen, her lover, and a few other people that I don't remember. The Queen announces that she intends to marry the governor to solidify the Union. The lover just laughs and the Queen caresses his face. I don't pay attention to the rest of the meeting. I am furious! Stupidly I volunteered for the greatest farce in history! After the meeting I run up to my quarters and find one of the Queen's harem lackeys. I knew I would have to make appearances in the next few days, but I couldn't face it. I tell her that she is now the Mockingjay, but she must act like me, dress like me, and never stray from my personality. This girl was overjoyed to be so highly respected. In all honesty I just chose her because she looked most like me.

I leave the girl who is overjoyed prancing around her room like a teenager. I immediately go above ground in civilian attire. And I feel free! I spend the day going around town and basically reflecting on my choices and my heart. I work through blaming myself for being so dumb and then realize there is another matter on my heart. I am in love with the governor of Rome and the Queen is about to take him from me! I figure out what I am going to do and start to head back to the mansion. But I something catches my eye. The proxy Mockingjay is doing a terrible job impersonating me. She is acting like a teenage pop star, all smiles, blowing kisses, signing autographs! She is supposed to be strong and tough a warrior like me! After seeing her on the TV I run back to the mansion. I find her giddy in her room. I slap her silly.
I tell her "You are not a popstar, but an image of hope in a stupid war. You must do better!"

She then gets in a rage. She yells back, "You left this job to me, You didn't want to do it anymore, I am now the Mockingjay and will do as I please with the role!"

I laugh and leave the girl. She's right, I don't want to responsibility anyway. I head downstairs to the governor's floor. I know what I have to do. There is nothing the Queen hates more than disloyalty and infidelity. I find the governor of Rome, who has taken to drinking because he failed his country. I grab him and he drunkenly smiles at me and I kiss him square on the mouth. I make sure people see so they can warn the Queen. But no one moves, so I start pulling of his clothes and he pulls of mine. We are about to get to business when the Queen shrieks.

My dream fades away as I'm laughing at the Queen, half naked in the lap of her drunken fiancee.

So there you have it one of the craziest dreams I have had in a while!

Viva Suenos!

This dream along with the previous one were from two nights ago! This one took place in Mexico and don't ask me how I know that, I just know!

So I am staying in a really nice hotel room with all of the hispanic side of my family! It's really crowded. We decide to head out and go to the nearby market! My parents and I head out before everyone else. In order to get to the market we need to take an underwater subway. It was pretty cool because it passed right by a coral reef and there was all types of marine life! The market was incredibly interesting with all types of goods from textiles, foods, and souvenirs! We were checking out some textiles when some man starts swindling us. He says follow me and I'll show you something you wouldn't believe! We were so happy from the awesome trip that we said sure! He took us in a tunnel below the shallow shores of the gulf, and we were just so blissful watching the fish and marine life! Then it started getting a little weird... I could tell by the color scheme. It changed from pretty marine colors to sharp red and black and white. He then tell us that he recruited us to participate in an experiment. This experiment allowed people to change the reality they live in. I was sent to a reality where I was incredibly rich and posh. I was smoking a cigarette from one of the long holders, like Cruella De Ville. I had at least four men awaiting my attention. I loved it! I was pretty much the queen of my life and I never had to worry about a thing. I was just as blissful as I was with my family in the other reality. Then things start becoming distorted, like my shower started using rusty water. Then the guys started acting like apes, and I knew I needed to get out of this reality. But no one ever told me how to exit the experiment! I begin running from this reality, desperately seeking an exit. Someone grabs me and stops me. 

He says "Nina, from the experiment?" I am breathing heavy, I'm scared, and all I can do is nod.

He says "You can trust me, come with me, the people who ran that experiment are black market people who trap people with thoughts of different realities, while they steal everything you have from the original." 

I'm shaking! I don't know what to do! All of my family participated, what about them? The next thing I say "what do I do?"

He takes me down a lengthy hallway and to the shore. He says that we have to swim in order to find our way back to the experiment. I stop and ask what about  my family? The man had already acquired my family and they are waiting to meet us at an underwater air pocket. After swimming for what seemed like forever, I finally arrived with my family. The man told us we couldn't wait to catch up on our realities. We begin swimming again and finally find the experiment location. No one is there because in this reality they didn't need a location. The man fixes us up like they did in the original. And away we go back to our original life. 

I remember waking up in the sharp red and black room and the men looking shocked. We just jump out of chairs and sprint back towards the market! Luckily, we find the rest of my family and never speak of those realities again. 

That's it! But just wait until I get the time to record last nights dream. It was probably one of the coolest and longest dreams I have had in a while!

Nina on another whirlwind adventure!

So once again during my dream I am on another adventure where we have to be somewhere at a specific time or all hell will break loose. I don't remember exactly what or why, but I know I had to be there soon!


It all started when I was at a dinner at Noelle's dad's house. We were surprising her dad and step mom because they were finalists on some ballroom dancing show. It was really fun! But as soon as we left I got a call! Like Kim Possible *beep beep beep beep* What's the stitch? Me and two other blonde guys, who I don't know, set out for Missouri. Sometimes my dreams do this, they will give me people I have never met, but give me superior details as to their facial features and what not. Anyway we hop in our car and speed away! Most of the road trip is a blur except our hiccup. Everything was going smoothly until one fatal gas station. Of course we have to stop for gas, but then we get sidetracked for hours. I am getting frustrated because my partners keep getting distracted! Finally we leave and because we waited so long we find ourselves lost. We stop at someone's house. They live on a platform, so you had to take stairs to get to their door. They were an elderly couple seemingly nice and they offered us lunch. Like most elderly couples they are more than willing to help out as long as you help them with some chores that are extremely tasking to them. So the boys are sent with the husband outside. I am left with the elderly wife and she kind of terrified me. I didn't know why, but she was creepy. She has me help her with the dishes and then next thing I know a bunch of hypnotized zombie children file in from the living room. I said "excuse me ma'am I didn't know you had children." They were walking legs straight as a bored and blank eyes fixed on me. The wife turns and says "oh yes these are just some of my collectiooonnnnn" As she finishes the sentence she is transforming into this ugly octopus scorpion termite type thing. She begins chasing me around the house, I guess trying to make me one of her collection. I am yelling for my partners to come help me! They run upstairs and immediately their faces turn into an expression that can only be described as "what the hell??" They don't know what to do and neither do I! The husband slowly follows behind and says "oh no not again..." Once again the "what the hell??" faces are on all our faces. He says he doesn't know how to cure his wife and she only returns to normal after she collects another. I was not about to let that happen! I am still running for my life, the boys are fumbling around trying to figure out what to do!  On another lap through the house I knock over some sugar into a bowl of mustard. The wife hisses and shrinks back! The boys then start throwing the spoons full of mustard sugar at the wife. She starts simmering and shrinking! Eventually she shrinks so much that we can easily spread the mix all over her. She shrinks so small that only her soul is left behind! We didn't want to leave her soul so vulnerable, so we put it in the urn reserved for her future ashes. She speaks from the urn "Thank you for freeing me from that curse, now these children can return to their lives." I look over at the children, but they don't return. They fall to the floor and they die. I needed to get out of there, we all did! We give the urn to the husband and run downstairs. As soon as we get to our truck, we realize the back tire is shredded! I look over and there is a summer camp of dumb highschool boys laughing. I wanted to kill all of them! Instead we jump in the truck and try to get as far away as we can from this place! The last of the dream, was us in the truck hobbling our way to our final destination.


Crazy I know, and they keep getting crazier.....

And the dreams keep running running and running running....

Once again I need the extra large type. Since I can't read my books because of my vision, my dad kindly put all of my favorite books on audio books. So I was listening to one of my favorite books the hunger games and that led to a crazy dream!


I dreamed that I was a part of a hunger games. My dream basically followed the plot line, but my mind made up its own details. There is a part of the Hunger Games where the protagonists work with paint and camouflage. Well my paint and camouflage took place in a barn with St. Bernard dogs and puppies and they showed us how to camouflage things. Also, our holding rooms were in an abandoned house. It sort of reminded me of Sirius' house in Harry Potter. Then instead of the arena being in a forest/woodland environment the arena took place in an abandoned office building. I was able to get a bow and arrow, but I didn't know how to use it like Katniss. Kenna was in my dream and she was hiding out. I found her, but I had to play the game. I was playing and sort of hitting people with bows and arrows. That's when I woke up in the middle of playing.


I fell back asleep and when I woke up I was in Hawaii with all my closest friends. We were swimming in the ocean and the waves were reaching over 50 feet tall. I frequently have this dream where the waves are huge and I am terrified. The tall waves scare the crap out of me and I'm always swimming under them to avoid getting swept away. I always have to swim out to the waves or they will be tall enough to sweep away the beach. Kenna and I swam past the wave break and found a manatee. We swam with the manatee for a while until we found a shark to follow. We followed behind the shark for a while, but then we decided to swim in shallow water and I woke up when we reached the beach again.


The last dream I had was probably the coolest! It seemed somewhat boring at first, but then turned into something awesome. I was in the caf on the OU campus. When some of my friends come running through the caf screaming its wedding day. I get excited because I love weddings! Noelle and I follow them through the kitchen and through a secret passageway and out onto the baseball fields. I run into Blake Bell literally and we laugh. Then I just feel like being crazy and ask Blake if I can kiss him. He said alright and we kissed and then started a whirlwind adventure. It was almost like the ghosts of Christmas. Certain portals would take you to different periods of time. All of these portals were under the stadium and in different locker rooms. Blake was really excited! We spent the rest of the dream traveling through different portals. One portal brought us to a doorway that led to his practice. There were a bunch of softball bitches yelling at Blake for being a terrible player and calling him fat! I yelled back with some typical softball lesbian jokes! Blake apparently never had anyone stick up for him and he really appreciated it. We finally found our way to the wedding and had fun dancing! Finally, I had to return to reality. It was a hard goodbye, but it was a blissful adventure! As soon as we kissed goodbye he disappeared through a portal and I returned to reality. Noelle was waiting for me so we could walk back to our apartment. As I am walking out of the caf I see a movie poster that Bell was previously starred in, it changed and he was the leading man in another movie and he was super successful! Then I woke up!

Feeling no pain!

This entry is written in extra large type since my vision is not at its peak. I recently had a PRK surgery, which is basically LASIK eye surgery. They gave me pain pills and well I had some trippy dreams


Often times I dreamed small things, I guess they are closer to hallucinations. I hallucinated that my late dog Tia was walking around bumping into stuff as was her usual. Then I dreamed that Bastian and Kaito stopped by to visit. It was so real when I woke up I had to ask my mom if they had stopped by.


That night when I went to sleep. I had more short dreams/hallucinations. I dreamed that a crab was crawling all over me and I couldn't get it off! I woke up struggling to get the crab off.


Then as I fell back asleep I dreamed that someone kept giving me titty twisters and wouldn't stop! It hurt so bad I was crying and it was pure torture. I woke up so terrified that I called my mom to come sleep with me.


The next dream/hallucination I had there was a man walking out around my room. He was short and squat with a green jacket on and he was just walking not taking anything. I woke my mom up and quietly told her that there was a man walking around my room. She said "oh yea thats just Mole I'll show him the way out." It was really weird because I am pretty sure he was up to no good.


That's pretty much it for the trippy dreams on pain pills! Everything was a blur and I'm sure I'll remember other things that occurred in my mind!

Is this the real life? Is this just fantasy?

I had a post-apocalyptic dream last night, well at least the setting was post-apocalyptic

Everything took place in this massive under ground system of elevators and old mining shafts. I don't know exactly what ended the world, but I know we couldn't go outside. I was working on a thanksgiving turkey much like the one I cooked recently for a dinner party when Jake finds me. I was walking on my way to put the turkey in the oven and he finds me and kisses me. I push him away and ask him what the hell he is doing! He said "I finally found you, I have been roaming these tunnels for months trying to find you dead or alive." I am so confused and don't particularly want him sneaking up on me to kiss me and confuse me more. He says after the world ended there was only one person he wanted to be with and he's been searching for months to find me and tell me I am that person. I stop and stare at him for a good long while. During this entire conversation I was on the move finishing and continuing chores. When I finally decide to say something I said but why now? Then I kiss him, I don't know why, but I do. I didn't particularly want to be with him again because I knew he was going to leave me again, but damn it felt good to kiss him. At this point I am losing my mind in confusion between heart and mind and I am losing my path. I forgot which path I took to put the turkey in the stove! In this setting there are different levels and each level has different stoves and I completely forgot which level I put my turkey on! So I start wondering around trying to find it, while Jake is following me around trying to convince me that he loves me enough to never leave me again. Every now and then I turn and kiss him because I just can't help it. I never find my turkey and it probably shriveled up. 

The rest of the dream is me wondering around trying to find where I left my turkey. 

I wake up thinking, what the hell Nina can't you dream something that won't bother you for the rest of the day? But oh well, not really much I can do about it. 

The next dream I had was after I fell back asleep. This dream was incredibly real and vivid!

In my dream I woke up in my car with Chico on my lap, I am in the shopping plaza next to Sooner Mall (the worst mall known to man). I think to myself why did I wait so late to drive back to Norman? Then I think why did I drive back to Norman again? Well maybe I came down to hang out with my friends. Then I start my car up and head to a tanning place so I could get a spray tan. After I tan I end up picking up two backpacks and one of them isn't mine, but it takes me a while to figure this out. In the meantime I call Kole to see if he wanted to get a drink later that afternoon and hangout! I realize I have the wrong bag return to the tanning place which also is the college of education advising office. I returned the bag and left my number in case of anymore mishaps. I then head my way back onto Norman and I wake up as I enter the highway! 

Oh baby!

This is one of the longest most vivd dreams I have had in a while, well it at least felt long!

The dream started where Noelle and I really wanted to see a concert, but supposedly all the tickets were sold out. But, we talked to my friend Candice and Tyler and they told us we could find tickets on an internet radio contest. So Noelle and I immediately pull out our smart phones and enter our names as many times as possible! WE WON! We received two tickets and couldn't wait to go! The tickets were directly to the right of the stage, but we didn't care we were going to have a great time! Actually it wasn't a concert, but more like a magic show! Candice and Tyler put my name on a list that we could go up on stage and view all the neat stuff! I run up to the stage and it was amazing! First, I went up to meet Taylor Swift and she was awesome! Then we took a tour of all the magicians tools, like his saw in half box, disappearing box, and numerous other things! The next stop was going through a mountain climbing course. It was steep , tough, and high! But it was so much fun! Once I finished the mountain climbing course I was taken to a garage. The garage had Nascar cars in it and we could ride in one! I was about to get into the car when suddenly a huge pain hit my stomach and back! Keep in mind that I could tell you the details on the rocks and the color and shape of the car. This dream was incredibly vivid! So when I felt this pain I thought I was going to die! The workers at the concert escorted me back to my seats and at that time I felt alright. They had also called my dad. So Noelle and my dad saw that I was ok and didn't due anything we just stayed at the concert. But then the pain returned and worse! This time it didn't go away it was constant. Noelle and Dad took me to the hospital. My mom met us there. The doctors told me that I was in labor! What the hell??? Mom stayed with me while I give birth to a baby I didn't even know I was pregnant with!! But boy was that baby a beautiful baby girl!

She was gorgeous, she looked so much like me when I was a baby, but her eyes were a deep almost indigo blue! I was in love with her, she was beautiful! We took a picture but she was crying and I was exhausted after giving birth! After the picture they took my beautiful girl and I passed out. The next thing I know I am at home in my room when I wake-up. I run down the stairs screaming wheres my baby? My mom immediately silenced me because my sweet girl was sleeping. I didn't know what to do! I didn't have anything cribs, diapers, bottles, nothing! The only thing I could think of was to pick her up and hold her while she was sleeping. She was heavy!! It was like she was already a year old, but I just gave birth yesterday! It was crazy! I start pacing with her in my arms, trying to figure out who the father is and how did I not know. I had been to the gyno like 2 weeks before that and she said nothing! Now I have a 1 year old size baby! I also could not figure out who the father was because the dates didn't match up! It was super confusing, and then my angel woke up! She looked at me and smiled and I was happy! She squirmed so I sat her down and she started walking! It was too much! She is one day old walking and then I later find out speaking in short words! I just couldn't get enough of her. She had my curly hair like I had when I was a baby, my pale skin, round face, lips, and nose. But I guess the features she received from her father were the indigo eyes, the shape of the eyes, and the light brown hair! Next thing I could do was name her. I wanted to name her Elizabeth after my nana, but other people had other names. Like Luyse, which is a weird spelling of Lucy! I stuck with my guns and the rest of the dream I spent time with Elizabeth in a blissful dream.

I cannot even describe how vivid this dream was, multiple times during the dream I had moments of confusion where I couldn't distinguish dreams from reality!

Taking Flight

Last night's dream was all over the place! I think it took so many routes because I was on route to Hawaii, thus a new dream started at every layover!

The first layover in Dallas was kind of a blur. I had to run a lot of places because I was about to miss my flight. I remember needing to go outside of the airport before catching my flight. That's all I remember from the dallas layover because my group text was going crazy and I woke up!

Then my dream continued in the layover between San Antonio and Kona! My friend Kenna's mom had been injured in a terrible motorcycle accident! I joined her in the hospital room as they removed the bandages from the road rash burns, and it was gruesome! She was smiling though so she must not have been in much pain. My dad was there for moral support too! I had spent about 2 hours there and realized I might want to check on my flight! I casually walk to my gate and see a lot of people getting on. I couldn't see where the gate was headed because it was far away and surrounded by those stupid line dividers! I ask one of the workers "what's boarding at gate 42?" He said headed to Kona. I RAN FOR MY FLIGHT! I successfully made it, sat down in my seat and prepared for the long flight.

And I woke up!

Breaking the cycle!

I am going to break the cycle with my most recent dream!

I am entering downtown OKC for a supposed night out when I get a call from Noelle. Keep in mind downtown OKC was not quite the exact landscape, but sometimes you just know where you are in your dream. I enter the hotel running because Noelle was in danger! Bastian (formerly known as Blaine), Kenzie, and Kole were following me. When we found Noelle she was in an extremely weakened state and the danger was eminent! I pick her up first and sprint towards the exit with all my friends in tow. We all hopped in my car and flew out of the parking garage! But as soon as we reach the garage exit my aunt stops us! SHE WON'T LET US PASS! Meanwhile my friends are trying to revive Noelle because she was dying! I yell at my aunt and decide that all of us just need to run for it! Noelle was in the arms of Bastian and we were running towards the botanical gardens and in my dream that was the safe haven. Apparently also in my dream there was a huge festival and huge crowds! The last I remember was breaking through the crowd with the botanical gardens in my sight. I don't remember what the danger was or why we needed to run, but it was some serious danger!

Almost home, but we got lost on our new street!

The first dream I remember is that of a wintery time. Noelle, Jake, and I were living like badgers. We were buried deep in the ground in these hollow mud dug outs. We loved it!
Then we would go about our daily activities, and as a teacher I was taking my class iceskating. Jake came along for this venture. He was trying to reconcile things with me and try to win me back. If you ask me that is highly inappropriate to visit me while I'm working to win my heart. However, it was working and I was swooning. I was being twirled and hugged and kissed and it was absolutely amazing! But my head finally realized that I am being stupid. I start asking him questions like "Is it real this time?" "Aren't you just going to leave me again?" "Why are you doing this?" I become so discombobulated that I begin slipping in mud and I fell back and hit my head on a swing set. He then gathers my class of kids and tells them our story. From his first dream of us together to the very end. Then he tells the children how he's changed trying to get them on his side. I just keep shaking my head because it's just too much! I then point out why didn't he write? If he changed wouldn't he want to talk to me? That's when my principal walks up and makes him stop. She is a dear old woman and stood up for me because in all honesty I was beginning to have a panic attack trying to decide between my heart and head. That's when that dream ended because Stella ( my cat) was trying to bust down my door.
This is one of those dreams that would put me in a funk for a while, but I decided to write it out to help me out of the funk. I have to say it's helping. It makes it seem less real.

Then the next dream was a little weird. I was at a fair with a woman and her younger daughter. I was acting like this woman's daughter too and I don't really know why. I have a feeling that I was a spy for some reason. So I am riding on this carousel and trying to make the ride operator mad! I don't know why, but this Native American man was in on it! After the ride I go to talk to the lady to distract her from the mishaps on the carousel. Then the woman gathers her daughter and I and we head to a fun house. Upon entering the funhouse I wake up!
WOAH! I had no idea what was going on the whole time!
